In 2003 Chelsea signed the Romanian Adrian Muttu from Parma for $ 26 million.He was not the player the Blues thought him to be as he scored just 6 goals in his 27 appearances and to make things even worse Muttu failed a drug test as he was tested positive for Cocaine usage.The Blues decided to sue him for breach of contract and the case is still on and they have n't received a penny in return from the player so that $ 26 million is long gone i assume.
