GK – Iker Casillas

Iker Casillas has been a stand-out goal keeper of the 21st Century. This Spanish superstar broke into the Real Madrid First team in the year 1999 and since then he has player over 500 games for them. He has won three Champions League, five La Ligas and various other trophies with them. He was also very successful in International Level and he captained his side to win the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Further, he also won two European Cups with Spain which is an incredible achievement.
Honourable Mention: Gianluigi Buffon

Standing the Juventus goal for over a decade, Buffon is arguably the best goalkeeper of the 21st century. He has the most Seria A Goalkeeper of the Year award and is also the only goalkeeper to be awarded the UEFA Club Footballer of the Year Award. Buffon has 146 caps for Italy and also won the FIFA World Cup of 2006 with them. Aged 36, his shot stopping ability are nothing less compared to any young goalkeeper in the world.
