The English man Allenby Chilton joined the Reds in 1938 when he was just 20 as an amateur but never played a senior game for the Anfield club. Chilton made his move to Old trafford in 1939 where he established himself as a center half and he helped the Red Devils win their FA cup in 1948 and was also an important part of 1952 League title winning team.
