3. The defunct Berlin amusement park!
Spreepark, an amusement park located in the Berlin district Treptow-Köpenick was a place of fun and frolic! The place was opened in 1969 and was the only place for amusement during the Soviet rule. Later on, better parks opened up and Spreeparks was closed in 2001. In-spite of attempts to open the amusement parks, administrative chaos and incompetence caused repeated attempts to be thwarted.
